A chance to join a property management company based in the City of London who are looking for a Client Accountant that specialises in managing residential property portfolios. Experience of using Qube will be highly advantageous.
Your new role
As a Residential Client Accountant, you will:
- Be responsible for Service Charge Accounts
- Process service charge reconciliations
- Assist with Service Charge Budgets
- Cash flow reports
- Support with audits
- Be responsible for rent demands, service charges and other monies regarding tenants
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in residential property portfolios
- Experience with QUBE property accounting software
- Experience in service charges and client reports
