A great opportunity to work for a professional, collaborative boutique Investment company located in Mayfair, central London. A heavily focused administrative role, working across the Group Company Sec team of 4 and Chief Legal and Compliance team of 9. A busy and varied role supporting both teams who provide a service to the companies external stock-exchange listed investment-trust client boards, corporate board, and internal stakeholders. This role will involve in-depth knowledge of Board procedures, administration of corporate entities requiring meticulous planning. Core duties will include organising client Boards, pre and post Board Committee material, assisting with external events, managing processes and running reports, liaising extensively with Directors and stakeholders. A diverse role with scope to make the role your own, implement your own systems and procedures.
The successful candidate will have senior administration experience along with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, ideally gained in finance, legal, or professional services.
A proactive nature, collaborative with superb attention to detail, a natural organiser and multi tasker. Hybrid working.
