Office Angels are looking for a switched on Senior Administrator to join a dynamic faith based organisation based in London Bridge. London Bridge Office Based Part Time, 2 days per week 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm 9 months on-going with potential to be extended GBP16.48ph plus exclusive OA benefits! Must be available to start immediately
The purpose of this position is to oversee and coordinate all activities for the venue and ensure the safe environment of the company's head office.
Duties
- Coordinating the venue's activities with the Facilities Manager
- Managing Front of House duties and setting up meeting rooms
- Administrating the use and maintenance of the venue with company staff and other users (if relevant) in accordance with company policies and procedures (such as health & safety, hygiene, safeguarding, user licence agreements).
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and company policy and procedures, in conjunction with the Facilities Manager, Health & Safety Manager and Safeguarding Coordinator.
Person Specification
- Experience managing the operational delivery of a multi-use building is essential
- To be self-motivated, well-organised and able to multi-task
- To have an understanding of building safety & maintenance requirements
Desirable
- Food hygiene certificate
- First aid certificate
- Events Management / Facilities experience
