Hours of work: Between the hours of 08:00am – 18:00pm, 37.5 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

We are working in partnership with one of Britain’s largest independent manufacturers and distributors, they are very well established and have a fabulous opportunity for a Bilingual (English and Punjabi)Trainee Export administrator to join their Export team.
Key Duties:
* Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrator role
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with customers.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment.
* Assist in the preparation and maintenance of export-related documents including commercial invoices, packing list, certificate of origin.
* Knowledge of incoterms.
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of paperwork for smooth export processes.
* Provide support in communication between the export team and various departments.
* Respond to inquiries from internal and external queries.
* Aid in coordinating with logistics partners for timely shipment.
* Assist in tracking and monitoring export shipments.
* Manage basic customer queries related to export orders.
