Position: Older persons healthcare assistant
Location: Chilwell, Nottingham
Shifts: 7AM – 9PM (1 hour break, 13 hours paid)
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities, including personal care, dressing, and mobility.
- Foster a warm and supportive environment that promotes the well-being of residents.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure individualised care plans are followed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of observations and activities.
Requirements:
- 6 months previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant.
- Compassionate and person-centered approach to care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a small care home setting.
