We are looking for energetic, authentic, and therapeutic carers, committed to improving the lives of young people, to join our small team in Nottingham.

Our main purpose is to maintain high quality care which meets the physical, emotional, intellectual, social and cultural needs of the young people in our home.
The ideal candidate characteristics
- At least 23 years of age
- An experienced understanding of the 1989 Children's Act and the 2015 Children's Home Standards.
- Achieved or working towards Level 3 Diploma "Childcare in a Residential Setting"
- At least a year's experience working with children in a Residential Care setting or an environment that supports vulnerable young people.
- Live within 30 minutes of Nottingham
- An interest in the foundations of positive mental health and wellbeing
- A safe and inspiring role model for young people.
- Emotionally resilient, adaptable, calm and reflective.
- Flexible with regard to shift work and a positive "can do" approach.
- Aspires to role progression opportunities and career development.
