Children's Social Care - Therapeutic Residential Care Worker

The ideal candidate characteristics
- At least 23 years of age
- An experienced understanding of the 1989 Children's Act and the 2015 Children's Home Standards.
- Achieved or working towards Level 3 Diploma "Childcare in a Residential Setting"
- At least a year's experience working with children in a Residential Care setting or an environment that supports vulnerable young people.
- Live within 30 minutes of Nottingham
- An interest in the foundations of positive mental health and wellbeing
- A safe and inspiring role model for young people.
- Emotionally resilient, adaptable, calm and reflective.
- Flexible with regard to shift work and a positive "can do" approach.
- Aspires to role progression opportunities and career development.
