ASA Recruitment are expanding their team of talented and experienced Day Shift Care Assistants to become an integral part of our Care Home network in Edinburgh. We believe in creating a warm and friendly environment, where candidates put the service users at the centre of what they do by providing exceptional service to all those within the care sector.
Responsibilities include:
· Providing practical support to clients with daily tasks and activities during daytime hours.
· Assisting with personal care needs, always ensuring dignity and respect.
· Supporting clients in accessing community resources and participating in social activities tailored to nighttime care.
· Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
· Previous UK care experience.
· PVG for Adults (Update required through ASA).
· Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
· Willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of clients during night shifts.
