Debt Advisor

Role: Account Manager Debt Advisor  

Salary:  £28,700 plus uncapped commission

Location: Salford Quays

We are currently seeking a Debt Adviser to join our client’s growing team in Manchester. You will become part of welcoming, dynamic culture and have the chance to make a real impact.

This is a fantastic opportunity based in our client’s exciting offices in Salford Quays with an onsite gym, cafes, canteen, post office, general store and bar, and an underpass from Exchange Quay leading straight into Salford Quays to the Lowry Theatre, shopping centre, cinema, bars and restaurants.

Responsibilities of the Debt Advisor:

• Exploration of all debt options and implications to enable the customer to make an informed decision.
• Delivery of a high-quality service with appropriate FCA compliant advice.
• Adherence to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and to demonstrate empathy and good listening skills.
• Respond to any client or creditor queries in a timely manner via all communication mediums.
• Maintain case notes and records accurately and comprehensively.
• Maintain product knowledge and pass ongoing monthly compliance assessments.
• Conduct Annual Reviews
• Complete pay run tasks as instructed.
• Conduct initial assessment calls when required.
• Conduct Welcome Calls

Requirements of the Debt Advisor:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
• Great communication skills
• Target driven.
