This company is a small packaging and manufacturing company. Due to expansion and growth, my client current requires a Supply ChainData administrator to join their growing team.
Your new role
To maintain and report on product, supplier and customer data, to help deliver an unparalleled level of service and quality to all our customers and stakeholders. Consistently exceeding expectations by maintaining data to provide a professional response to customer's and stakeholder needs.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and Power BI.
- Maintaining product data and ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Uploading new product information to databases and systems
- Conducting regular audits of product data.
- Collaborating with a product development team to gather and input accurate product information.
- Identifying and resolving data discrepancies or errors
- Analysing and reporting on product data trends and patterns
- Coordinating with marketing and sales teams to ensure accurate and consistent product information across all platforms.
- Managing and updating product pricing and availability information
- Assisting with the creation and maintenance of product catalogues
- Staying updated on industry trends and changes in product data management best practices.
- Handling all product data for Extended Producer Responsibility and Packaging Waste.
- Liaising with Supply Chain partners to obtain product data.
