This DCM Executive position is a newly created role due to expansion.
Person specification:
Experience
- 1-2 years’ work experience post-graduation in financial modelling in a bank, advisor or accountancy firm
- Ideally with undergraduate degree in maths, economics, finance or accountancy or some post university training in economics, finance, or accountancy.
- CF30 helpful but not essential (candidate will have to become a CF30)
Essential skill base
- Must be numerate and able to express him/herself clearly and cogently in person and in writing
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Understanding of how to read and analyse financial statements
- Demonstrate the capacity to model business plans, spread and analyse financial data.
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to manage the Brixx model used by Housing Associations also an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Planning and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise
- Ability to work independently under general instructions
Based in central London, the expectation is to work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week, sometime more as and when required.
