Description
- Taking the lead on Bond Identification offerings and related services, including standalone identifications, pre-transaction exercises, and SEC look-through projects.
- Working closely with bond issuers, which could include corporate entities or sovereign governments, to gather information, coordinate transaction details, and address any issuer-specific requirements or concerns.
- Engaging with investment banks and financial advisors who may be involved in structuring and facilitating bond transactions, providing support with market insights, transaction execution, and regulatory compliance
- Enhancing client coverage by contributing to lead generation, pitching new business opportunities, and engaging in business networking activities.
- Successfully delivering projects and working as a key member of the deal team, collaborating closely with the Operations and Legal Teams.
- Contributing to cross-border projects across the APAC and US teams when appropriate.
- Acting as the primary point of contact with clients during projects and ensuring their needs are addressed effectively.
Profile
- Experience in financial markets, particularly Debt Capital Markets, with a strong grasp of DCM corporate actions and European clearing systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and diligent work ethic.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication, demonstrating clarity, strength, and confidence.
- Previous involvement in corporate actions, debt restructuring, and investor communications.
- Proactive with a positive attitude towards working in small teams and engaging with various global stakeholders.
