What are we looking for?
Otis is currently recruiting for experienced administrators to join our Debt Dispute team in our Leicester office.
As the Debt Disputes Administrator responsibilities will include
providing your internal customers with paperwork and information to help resolve Debt Disputes efficiently
assisting in identifying the root cause of disputes and contribute to the adjustment of standard work preventing future disputes arising
To be successful in this role you must:
be used to working to targets and have a confident, clear telephone manner with a positive “can-do” attitude
have strong IT skills and be highly organized
be able to demonstrate that you are a problem solver, solutions orientated and that you can think outside the box.
be a team player
have excellent communication skills
