Defendant Insurance Litigation Solicitor/Filex

Your new firm
Our Top 100 international client are top of their game in the Insurance Litigation sector. You will be joining the Bristol office of this fantastic firm with an international presence. The client's Insurance Group has a well-established client base, acting for market leading liability insurers in the provision of their employers, public and products liability services.
Your new role
The role will predominantly be dealing with personal injury claims with the opportunity to become involved in associated regulatory matters such as health and safety investigations/prosecutions and inquests. There is also the opportunity to deal with the regulation of products.
You will have the opportunity to work within a vibrant and growing team where the work will be very varied, interesting and challenging. You will be given the opportunity to show you can run the cases successfully and you will be given autonomy to make your own mark on the files. On top of this, you will have the opportunity to get involved with business development and client initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with relevant Defendant Insurance Litigation experience with a leading insurance firm. You will be able to confidently communicate with both insurers and insureds. Familiarity with court proceedings is a given as is your understanding of legal procedures. Also experience, or an interest in gaining experience, in Product Law and Health & Safety would be ideal.
Wider Commercial or Civil Litigation experience would also be considered if you have a strong interest in and awareness of the Insurance Litigation industry.
