Working for this prestigious firm will give you the change to work on a range of Defendant Personal Injury matters involving the handling of claims on behalf of NHS Trusts and a number of insurer clients.
You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload of EL/PL claims, which are a mixture of pre-litigation and litigated claims of mainly Fast Track and low value Multi track cases, as well as assisting and leading on higher value and more complex claims.
