Job Description: They are seeking a motivated and experienced Scottish Solicitor to join their team.
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Scottish law and the Personal Injury process, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Role Overview: As a Scottish Solicitor in the team, your responsibilities will include:
- Advising clients on their legal rights and options following a Personal Injury.
- Preparing and managing claims on behalf of clients.
- Negotiating settlements with insurers.
- Representing clients in court.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Scottish solicitor.
- 2+ years' experience in Personal Injury law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in Scottish Personal Injury law, including RTA, Credit Hire, EL, and Clinical negligence.
- Good understanding of credit/debt hire controls.
- Use of Proclaim.
