Our client is a global insurance media company that connects executives, entrepreneurs and investors looking to build the future of insurance. They have launched and scaled large-scale conferences across the world and are currently expanding their client network as part of their long-term strategy to leverage their events and new services for the industry.
They are part of United Media which focuses on building large scale industry media and conference products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity and retail. As of today, they have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one.
Main Purpose of the Role
As a Delegate Sales Executive you'll have the unique opportunity to be part of building and scaling a company whilst beginning your own sales career. By becoming an early member of their new sales team, they want to constantly push you out of your comfort zone. You'll be working out of the HQ in London and to ensure a never-ending growth curve for both you and the company. They provide you with:

Key Activities
Day to day duties include but are not limited to:
Acting as a ‘front-line’ of communication for potential conference delegates by interacting with the insurers, the businesses and investors alike
Aim to deliver excellent client service at all times by carefully listening to all requirements, maintaining accurate records of all communications and ensuring all necessary follow-up action is taken
Liaising with other areas of the company to help develop new business opportunities
Drive income streams from the sale of delegate conferences pass to new customers
Deliver exceptional performance results at all times by aiming to exceed your key performance indicators (KPI’s) at every opportunity
Ensure department and company objectives are met / exceeded
Meet and exceed sales targets
Ensure professional end to end service delivery is provided
Understand and comply with all company and department policies
Undertake other duties as required
Adopt a flexible working approach and a ‘can do’ attitude

Qualified to Degree level
