Your role in the Team
You’ll be joining the best in an always-moving industry. In this role you will support our European business in maintaining the highest standards of delivery across key commercial and regulatory projects.
What you’ll do
You will be able to practice your profession with full end to end ownership and a high level of autonomy to deliver on IG’s diversification agenda in Europe.
You will direct and manage project development from start-up to go live, maintain the project backlog across technology, marketing, operations and supporting functions and attend Sprint meetings including daily stand-ups where required.
You will track project dependencies, and engage with dependent teams which will often be in different locations and time zones (e.g. IT teams, compliance, legal, HR, finance, UX, operations).
- Manage large & complex projects from inception to delivery for our European business
- Challenge and evolve our business’ approach to project management
- Provide consultation to the business on how to approach new projects cross-functionally, based on experience gained delivering wide range of complex projects
- Form a part of the European Senior Product Team, helping to drive the future of product development in our business
- Build a strong knowledge of our European customers, products and business
- Network and drive strong collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.

What you’ll need for this role
We look for the following experience & competencies:
- Demonstrable experience in scoping and structuring highly complex projects, defining workstreams and identifying additional resource when required
- Ability to adapt approach and working style as needed
- Relevant experience of change management across technology, marketing and operations
- Decisive and mature in judgement, remaining resilient and calm while working under pressure
- Highly organised with an acute attention to detail
- Excellent Stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent collaborative abilities - someone that is easy to do business with for peers across the organisation
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the organisation up to Csuite management, demonstrating communication style adaptability depending on audience.
