DELIVERY TEAM LEADER CENTRAL LONDON- BOND STREET -WORKING 2-3 NIGHTS A WEEK
Reporting to
GENERAL MANAGER/DEPARTMENT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
STORE OPERATIONS
· Manage that the delivery is executed in the most efficient way and in line with the target productivity.
· Overlook and maintain excellent standards in the stockroom processing overstock in the correct order following company guidelines.
· Ensure the 25R replenishment is actioned accurately and in a timely manner.
· Ensure the delivery product is scanned thoroughly through RFID with any discrepancies being accounted for.
· Responsible for the confirmation of all delivery notes in all 3 departments
· Continually develop stock knowledge and promotions throughout the store at all times.
· To be responsible for the maintenance of store’s electronic Devices, telephones, Ipods, bluebirds
· Complete other tasks as necessary to support the overall store.
· Comply with the Company’s key Holders Policy at all times.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
· To ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the store and stockroom.
· Comply with the Company Health & Safety Policy.
· To be an ambassador in the company’s sustainability project and ensure that the company upholds and works towards finding new, innovative and economically reductive ways to stay sustainable
HR PROCESSES
· Motivating the team to achieve productivity while leading by example.
· To keep clear, timely and effective communication with the senior management team.
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous fashion retail experience/logistics
- Stockroom experience
- Team management experience

- Initiative and self-motivation to drive own development.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varies hours overnight.
