Denflow is looking for a Remote Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team!
Who We Are:
Denflow is a leading dental platform aiding practices in acquiring new private patients. With our recent growth, we're expanding our team to manage new patient enquiries for our partner practices efficiently.
Job Duties:
- Make outbound calls to handle patient inquiries.
- Build rapport and gather essential information.
- Schedule appointments for patients with partner practices.
- Follow up on patient feedback to ensure quality service.
- Collaborate effectively with partner practices and internal stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
- Enthusiastic and bright individuals with excellent conversational skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales.
- Prior experience in the dental or healthcare industry is preferable
- Demonstrated empathy, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks.
- Independent, self-motivated individuals comfortable with remote work.
Additional Information:
- Start Date: May 2024.
- Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in the role.
- This fully remote position requires flexible hours, including some evenings and Saturday mornings.
- Headphones will be provided. You need to have your own laptop/PC.
