  • Annual salary of £30,000 (FTE)

  • Full-time (35 hours), part-time and flexible working patterns available
  • Liverpool city centre office base, hybrid working

The role

As a Dental Development Coach you will deliver engaging and inspiring training programmes, to support individuals to achieve their full potential within the Dental sector as well as supporting the achievement of functional skills Math and English where required.

Within your curriculum area, you will be responsible for the effective teaching and assessment of both individuals and groups of learners to develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours they require to meet their learning outcomes. The services you will deliver will be recognised for excellence by employers, learners, and funding/awarding/regulatory bodies.

The right fit

  • Experience working within a Dental Nursing role.
  • Dental Nurse Level 3 Qualification Valid GDC registration.
  • English and Maths qualification at Level 2
  • Strong knowledge and/or experience of Apprenticeships.
  • Teaching and assessing qualification(s) and/or experience.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car.
  • Able to manage a case load and to engage, motivate and monitor learners to ensure that targets are met.
