The role

We are excited to be recruiting for an Early YearsDevelopment Coach here at The Learning Foundry.

In this role, you will be responsible for the effective teaching and assessment of both individuals and groups of learners to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours they require to meet their learning outcomes. The services you will deliver will be recognised for excellence by employers / learners and funding / awarding / regulatory bodies.

You will act as an ambassador for Teaching Assistant / HL Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship and funded programmes.

The right fit

  • Experience working within a Childcare role/ Playworker/ Early Years Childcare / Early Years
  • Early Years Level 3 Qualification minimum
  • Strong knowledge and / or experience of Apprenticeships.
  • Teaching and assessing qualification(s) and / or experience
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car.
  • Level 2 Functional Skill in Mathematics and English or equivalent.
