With our existing Practice Manager retiring after 19 years of exemplary service, we offer a smooth transition period and long-term support, fostering a seamless handover process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a dynamic team of 15-20 clinicians and support staff.
• Drive business development strategies to foster practice growth.
• Maintain our practice's vision and uphold its stellar reputation.
• Ensure high-quality customer and patient care.
• Oversee staff onboarding and development initiatives.
• Enhance staff performance through training and support.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to effectively promote our practice.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and oversee health and safety management.
• Monitor and report on business plan performance to relevant stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

• Full-time Practice Manager with exceptional customer service and leadership skills, coupled with a strong business acumen.
• Ideally, candidates will have a background in Dental Practice management.
• Proven leadership experience with strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft packages and tech-savviness.
• Knowledge of CQC standards and HR procedures.
• Dental experience is essential, with previous managerial experience being advantageous.

• Full-time position (4-5 days a week).
• Competitive salary: £30,000-£35,000 (based on experience), with potential for increases through training and development.

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
