Dental Receptionist

Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Dental Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the practice
- Ability to work with computer to organise and manage patient appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient enquiries
- Collect patient information and update as necessary
- Assist with billing and financial transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate with other dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow

Experience:
- Previous experience in a dental practice is preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
