SalaryWe are looking for a bubbly, enthusiastic person with a willingness to learn and join our team at Girvan Dental Practice.
This is an incredibly rewarding role, you will be a patient's first point of contact in the practice, therefore you should be confident in talking to a variety of different people in a friendly manner.
Candidates should have great conversational skills and be able to talk to patients and answer any queries with ease. Exceptional phone skills are also an absolute must.
Dental experience is not essential as training will be provided but we welcome applicants with experience in this field.
Experience in working in a reception role would be advantageous.
Requirements:
-Must be well presented with the ability to meet and greet patients confidently, creating a great impression.
-Must be able to make small talk, and relax patients through conversation.
-Must be organized as you will be in charge of a number of administrative tasks.
-Confident with computer systems.
-Must be able to handle payments and sensitive information.
