We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice team. The ideal candidate would have previous experience in a patient facing environment and would be responsible for managing front desk tasks and providing excellent customer service to our patients. The position is for 4 days per week, however we would consider a job share.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients upon their arrival
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
Skills:
- Proven experience in a patient facing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using office software and dental practice management systems

Pay: £11.44-£11.57 per hour
