Dental Receptionist/Dental Nurse

Fully private dental practice, next to Holland Park tube station, is looking for an experienced Dental receptionist/Dental Nurse. The hours are 9 am to 6 pm.

The ideal candidate must have:

• dental nursing experience, nursing when required however mainly reception based.
• Understand the vision and brand message for the practice and deliver outstanding customer service experiences.
• Be familiar to CQC protocols.
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is always delivered, exceeding patients' expectations.
• Ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work to specific time frames.
• Working closely with the Principal Dentist and providing regular updates.
• Computer literate and knowledge of EXACT, Software of Excellence (preferred)
• Be able to provide references.
