As a Department Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sales targets. Your leadership will inspire your team to excel and create a positive work environment.
This job will suit an experienced retail manager with 2 years + retail fashion management experience, managing teams of 20+ and has a love of fashion.
Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate sales targets and support sales strategies.
• Monitor product lines and propose actions to senior management.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service to meet NPS targets.
• Coordinate customer events and promotions.
• Deliver team briefs and support team upskilling.
• Foster a positive team environment and address performance issues.
• Delegate tasks and ensure follow-up.
• Ensure merchandise is checked, priced, and stocked properly
• Ensure team adherence to health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in a retail management setting within Fashion ideally
• Proven ability to communicate and achieve sales targets
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Effective team leadership skills with experience in coaching, upskilling, and managing team performance
• Demonstrated ability to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
