THE JOB:
Overall, you will be responsible for the Erith depot, where you will engage, develop and manage the team of experienced operators and engineers. The job is very varied and includes:
- Overseeing the hiring of machinery
- Manage the operations to ensure efficiencies
- Ensure staff are well trained and delivering great customer service
- Make sure plant and vehicles comply with requirements
- Health and safety of the depot
KEY SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:
- You must have a similar experience as a Depot Manager, ideally in plant hire or a similar industry
- Professional and able to deliver excellent customer care
- Able to move the business forward
- A full UK driving licence
- Live local to Erith.
SALARY + BENEFITS:
- +pound;40,000 - +pound;45,000, dependent on experience
- 20 days holiday + public holiday
