We are seeking an experienced OR aspiring Deputy Care Manager to work for a growing domiciliary care company in the West Midlands (Black Country) This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a company grow and to ensure the lives of the service users are fully supported with excellent levels of care.

The Role:
As a Deputy Care Manager your role will include:
- Overseeing the delivery of care services, delivering high levels of care in line with regulations
- Ensuring strict compliance with CQC
- Managing staff and resources effectively
- Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans
- Liaising with families, and healthcare professionals
- Assessments, supervisions and overall management of the support workers
- Following of policies and procedures
- Risk assessments
- Client liaison
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Deputy Care Manager should have:
- Relevant qualifications in healthcare - level 3 minimum or working towards it
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Have a strong character and be a good communicator
- Be a reflective leader
- Want to develop their own style of management
- Work closely with the regional managers to develop growth plans for the service
- Worked in a senior care role - coordinator, supervisor, team leader, deputy manager etc.
