As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Deputy Care Manager with a strong senior care assistant background to join their team.
Our Client is looking for a motivated and experienced Deputy Care Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our small care service. The successful candidate will work closely with the Care Manager to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents while fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Care Manager in leading and supervising the care team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of person-centered care.
• Oversee the implementation of care plans, ensuring that residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met effectively.
• Provide hands-on care and support to residents as required, maintaining dignity, privacy, and independence at all times.
• Monitor and review care practices to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary to enhance the quality of care.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of care staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Senior Care Assistant or similar role within a residential setting
• A willingness to learn new skills and be passionate about providing care to vulnerable adults
