Seeking a Childrens Residential Home Deputy Manager to join their team. On a Full time, permanent basis, with a salary starting from £33,000 - £37,000. The ideal candidate will be passionate, motivated, looking for their next challenge.

Main Responsibilities
To support on the rota and shift cover mentoring staff ensuring that the daily operational systems within the home are effective, to meet the needs of the children and young peoples homes.
You are to lead by example and to coach the team as an effective positive role model.
As a Childrens Deputy Manager you are responsible for effective day to day running of the home, in the absence of the Home Manager. Undertaking direct work with the children in the residential home when required.
Skills Required
MUST hold the following:
NVQ Level 4 Children and Young People Residential Care
Full UK driving License with access to your own vehicle.
2 years - experience working at Senior Level, EBD Residential Childrens Home
Knowledge of Ofsted regulations
Strong Management skills
Excellent organisational skills
