We are recruiting a determined, resilient, and compassionate Deputy Children's Home Manager who is ready to commit to providing emotional and social support for the children and young people and who is ready to play a pivotal role in creating an inclusive, nurturing, and accepting environment.
As a Deputy Children's Home Manager, you must be willing to go above and beyond. You will play a key role in providing tailored support to the children and young people you champion for, ensuring a safe, secure, and accepting environment, enabling them to achieve, develop and flourish in all aspects of their life and become the best version of themselves whilst leading and inspiring your team.

- Starting from £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending depending on experience and qualifications.

- 40 hours per week. Must be flexible depending on the needs of the home with weekend availability.

- 2 years' experience working with Children and Young People in a residential setting and 1 years' experience in a managerial capacity.
- Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or Residential Childcare.
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Desirable)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Enhanced DBS Check
