Deputy Children's Home Manager

They provide exceptional levels of nurture and care designed to meet the individual needs of the children and young people with complex behavioural difficulties and are recruiting an experienced Deputy Children's Home Manager or a Team Leader that is naturally ready to progress.

We are recruiting a determined, resilient, and compassionate Deputy Children's Home Manager who is ready to commit to providing emotional and social support for the children and young people and who is ready to play a pivotal role in creating an inclusive, nurturing, and accepting environment.

You will play a key role in providing tailored support to the children and young people you champion for, ensuring a safe, secure, and accepting environment, enabling them to achieve, develop and flourish in all aspects of their life and become the best version of themselves whilst leading and inspiring your team.

• Starting from £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending depending on experience and qualifications.

• Full time, permanent.
  
• 40 hours per week. Must be flexible depending on the needs of the home with weekend availability.

• 2 years' experience working with Children and Young People in a residential setting and 1 years' experience in a managerial capacity.
  
• Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or Residential Childcare.
  
• Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Desirable)
  
• Full UK Driving Licence
  
• Enhanced DBS Check
