Registered Home Manager needed in Colchester.
Howard Finley Care are recruiting for a Registered Home Manager for a care home in Colchester. This brand new 3 bedded home has been converted into a residential home for those with Learning Disabilities. The home is looking to become registered and so needs a manager to complete the process! With a huge support team from head office, it is guaranteed that you will be supported until you are ready to be independent. This organisation has multiple other homes, this is not a startup as such, but just another stepping stone in building the organisation.
Registered Home Manager vacancy details:
- £40,000 (Depending on experience)
- Full time contract.
- Permanent position.
- CQC registration is needed.
Registered Home Manager experience + qualifications:
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management is essential.
- Prior experience as a Home Manager is essential.
- Prior CQC registration is essential.
- Must have up to date knowledge on Learning Disabilities best practice.
- Must have up to date knowledge on CQC compliance.
Work authorisation:
- United Kingdom (required).
