We have a full-time vacancy for a Locations Manager in our Domiciliary Care Service.
The Locations Manager will work across our supported living sites in Southminster, Hatfield Peverel and Silver End, so being a car driver with your own vehicle is essential.
The successful candidate will apply to the CQC to be the Registered Manager of the Domiciliary Care services.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Responsibility for the day to day running of the services.
Care and support planning, risk management.
Governance and service compliance in line with regulatory requirements and legislation.
Supporting and developing the staff teams.
Maintaining the premises.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Budgetary Responsibility.
Recruitment and Retention.
The successful candidate will hold a minimum qualification of NVQ level 5 and have at least three years' experience of working with people with a learning disability, autism and associated complex needs. Previous experience of holding a CQC Registered Manager's position is essential.
