As a Registered Children's Home Manager, you must be willing to go above and beyond. You will play a key role in providing tailored support to the children and young people you champion for, ensuring a safe, secure, and accepting environment, enabling them to achieve, develop and flourish in all aspects of their life and become the best version of themselves whilst leading and inspiring your team.

- £38,000 - £60,000 per annum as well as additional Ofsted inspection bonuses and full occupancy bonuses depending on experience and qualifications. The higher end will require an experienced Registered Manager who has completed multiple Ofsted inspections and who has their Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.

- 2 years' experience working with Children and Young People in a residential setting and 2 years' experience in a significant managerial capacity.
- Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or Residential Childcare.
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Highly desirable, although our client will support you in achieving this)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Enhanced DBS Check
