Daytime Healthcare are working with an established Home Care Provider who are currently looking for a Registered Manager for their Home Care Service in Chelmsford!
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Oversee the day to day operations, ensuring the delivery of high quality care services.
- You will ensure and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain comprehensice and accurate records, maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality.
- Lead and motivate a team of caregivers, proving support and trainign to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, their families and external stakeholders utilising excellent communication and also engage with other health care professionals.
- Lead the effective recruitment, induction, and training of our dedicated team members, identifying ongoing training needs to ensure they remain up-to-date with best practices.
- Implement quality assurance measures to drive service improvement systems, handling complaints and incidents effectively and using insights to drive positive changes.
- On-call support.
Skills:
- Relevant experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of care regulations, policies, and procedures
- High level of organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficient in computer systems and software used for record keeping
Professional Qualifications:
- QCF Level 5 Adult Management Diploma, or equivalent qualification, or be eligible to complete the Level 5 Diploma
- You must hold a Full Valid UK Driving Licence and have access to your own vehicle.
Schedule:
- Full Time, 40 hours, Monday to Friday
