Registered Manager / Established Home Care Provider

Daytime Healthcare are working with an established Home Care Provider who are currently looking for a Registered Manager for their Home Care Service in Chelmsford!

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Oversee the day to day operations, ensuring the delivery of high quality care services.
• You will ensure and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Maintain comprehensice and accurate records, maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality.
• Lead and motivate a team of caregivers, proving support and trainign to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, their families and external stakeholders utilising excellent communication and also engage with other health care professionals.
• Lead the effective recruitment, induction, and training of our dedicated team members, identifying ongoing training needs to ensure they remain up-to-date with best practices.
• Implement quality assurance measures to drive service improvement systems, handling complaints and incidents effectively and using insights to drive positive changes.
• On-call support.

Skills:

• Relevant experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of care regulations, policies, and procedures
• High level of organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Proficient in computer systems and software used for record keeping

Professional Qualifications:

• QCF Level 5 Adult Management Diploma, or equivalent qualification, or be eligible to complete the Level 5 Diploma
• You must hold a Full Valid UK Driving Licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Schedule:

• Full Time, 40 hours, Monday to Friday
