Hourly Rate: £55,000 - Depending on experience.

What's involved?

Our client in Brighton is looking for an experienced Deputy Clinical Lead who will be able to work full time, 42 hours (5 days a week) to support the care home. Your responsibilities will be:

• Assisting the Clinical Lead with day-to-day operations and clinical governance.
• Ensuring compliance with legislation and care standards.
• Providing hands-on clinical care and leadership.
• Acting as a stand-in for the Clinical lead when necessary.
• Leading and inspiring our dedicated staff team

What do you need?

• RMN Registered (Active Pin)
• Senior RMN Experience
• Hospital/care home background
• Senior managing experience (will need to be able to deputize)
• DBS Certificate - or be willing to apply

About our client

Our client in Brighton is a brand-new state-of-the-art private hospital set across 3 floors consisting of 76 beds. With a unique set up, this hospital has an acute psychiatric rehabilitation floor as well as a residential floor for service users from working age to elderly. This is an exciting new opportunity to work in a brand-new environment and be a part of all operations within the hospital
