About the Role:
As the Deputy Customer Experience Manager, you'll play a key role in the Customer Experience Team. Reporting to the Head of Operations and Customer Experience, you'll ensure premium service in auditoriums, Kitchen & Bar, and event spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a unified team across auditoriums, Kitchen & Bar, and event spaces
- Act as Duty Manager during performances and pre-theatre dining
- Manage staff, services, and customers to enhance overall experience
- Assist in improving visitor experience and contribute to high customer satisfaction
- Ensure smooth show operations, safety, and emergency management
