Bolton, BL1

  • Full time (40 hours, across 5 days) or part time (20 hours, across 2-3 days)

About the Role:

As the Deputy Customer Experience Manager, you'll play a key role in the Customer Experience Team. Reporting to the Head of Operations and Customer Experience, you'll ensure premium service in auditoriums, Kitchen & Bar, and event spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a unified team across auditoriums, Kitchen & Bar, and event spaces
  • Act as Duty Manager during performances and pre-theatre dining
  • Manage staff, services, and customers to enhance overall experience
  • Assist in improving visitor experience and contribute to high customer satisfaction
  • Ensure smooth show operations, safety, and emergency management
