Responsibilities
As a Service Delivery Manager at, you'll play a pivotal role in:
- Managing primary Service Delivery relationships with clients at a senior level
- Establishing and nurturing stakeholder relationships with allocated clients
- Working alongside the Account Managers, ensuring escalations are resolved quickly and efficiently
- Developing strategies for continuous service improvement.
- Delivering presentations to senior leaders - monthly service reviews
- Improvement plans, detailing & prioritising the improvements with problem statements
- Identifying breakpoints, specific manual exposures, or overheads, and taking actions to resolve them, within the company or with your client.
- Travel to client sites is required - min. 2 times a month, in addition to office days
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 Years’ experience in Service Delivery within the Energy Sector - Supplier/Broker
- Must have an excellent understanding of the UK energy market - Essential
- A confident communicator with the ability to collaborate at Senior Level
- Knowledge of Service Delivery Management disciplines, SLA reporting & a passion for service improvement, and delivery.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and Service Delivery - with demonstrated experience of experience of liaising with all levels of internal and external stakeholders, from operational teams to board members.
- Possess excellent organisation skills and enjoy varied workload
- Strong understanding of the utility sector and client business processes.
