Deputy Home Manager
Pay rate: 23 - 25 per hour (depending on experience, negotiable), Earn up to 52,000 per annum + Excellent additional benefits!
Location: Nottingham, East Midlands
Hours: 40 hours supernumerary (Monday - Friday), with some clinical shifts.

Responsibilities as a Deputy Home Manager:
Ensuring adherence to the NMC code of conduct
Implementation of CQC regulations
Staff motivation and training
Assist with day-to-day supervision & management of home
Requirements as a Deputy Home Manager:
NMC Pin (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
Experience as a clinical lead or Deputy Home Manager
