The Role of a BMS Service Engineer:
- To configure the building control systems defined by the clients objectives
- Maintain operation and maintenance documentation to reflect any changes on the system
- Service and maintain control systems and network level controllers
- Train and educate customer representatives in system operation
- To be confident in working on a range of systems (trend, siemens, tridium)
- To operate efficiently in the field ensuring you are following regulations and guidelines whilst on site
- To provide customers with excellent customer delivery and ensure their systems are working efficiently and energy saving
- Respond positively to any customer complaints and see through to resolution
- To carry out any quotes for additional works that may need to be carried out
- To be communicative and adaptable
