Role: Deputy Manager
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week, Mon - Fri 09.00-17.00 Hours may change to meet the needs of the service.)
Location: Middle Barton, Oxfordshire

Our next Deputy Manager will be someone who has:
- Mandatory: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Experience of working in a residential childcare setting
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation such as Children’s Act and Quality Care Standards
- Experience of leading and motivating teams
- Ability to effectively train individuals and groups

The Bartons, as one of our registered independent accommodation, offers residential care for vulnerable young people with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) and Complex Needs.
