Zachary Daniels has a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading retailer as their new Assistant Store Manager for a high performing store! As a new Assistant Manager will be able to manage, motive and drive a team to deliver an outstanding service to new and long-term clients and customers. You will build a team, develop people and thrive in a premium retail environment!

As our clients new Assistant Manager, you will be able to demonstrate a strong retail management career related industries; Luxury Retail, Beauty, Cosmetics, Fragrance, Fashion, RTW, Footwear, Jewellery, Watches, High Value goods or assisted sales!

As Assistant Manager we are keen to have the following qualities and experiences:

• Luxury or premium retail experience in retail
• Confident and outgoing personality
• Advantage; exposure to CRM systems and clientelling
• Network and marketing experience to establish the store in the local area
• Able to manage KPIs and budgets to deliver an excellent store performance
• Has a track record of driving sales and performance
• Enjoys retail and makes sure it's a fun place to work!

Our client can offer a competitive salary, strong earning potential with bonuses to our new Assistant Store. We can offer a basic salary circa £34,000- 36,000 and with bonuses you will earn well over £40,000! Varying other benefits as well internal progression and promotion opportunities.
