Care Deputy Manager
Our client is looking for a Deputy Manager in their St Helens based home to plan, monitor and deliver the highest standards of personalised care to residents, ensuring that everyone is treated with respect and dignity, and that individual’s rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met. To supervise and evaluate the care delivered to residents always ensuring that legal and Care Home standards are met.
Shifts pattern - 12 hours 8am to 8pm, 3 shifts on, 3 shifts off on a rolling rota.
Contracted hours - 42 hours per week which includes paid breaks.
Salary - £13.39 per hour

This role is a team role, with clear responsibility for residents along with supervising the senior care assistants and care teams. Clear communication with team members is essential as well as regular updates and communication with the care home manager. The ideal candidate will have:

They run two homes, this role is based in their 62 bed state of the art, purpose-built home in St Helens. It provides a comfortable and welcoming environment for residents and has been purposefully designed to cater for those with dementia. They also operate a 67 bed home in Liverpool.
