Key Responsibilities of a Deputy Nurse Manager:
- To manage a team and work closely with the Home Manager
- Assisting the manager to run the home, including standards, quality of care, recruitment, and training.
- Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries when required.
- Ensure the smooth running of shifts.
- Ensuring company policies are followed and adhered to.
- Stepping up in absence of home manager.
- Management experience
- Clinical experience
- Ensuring quality of care for residents
- Experience working within a nursing home.

- £250 bonus after 6 months for long service
- Salary of £41,595
