Deputy Nurse Manager

A 9.7 rated Care Provider (carehome.co.uk) is in need of a Deputy Nursing Home Manager! The home is currently ‘requires improvement’ so this is a fantastic opportunity to help turn the home around!
Key Responsibilities of a Deputy Nurse Manager:

• To manage a team and work closely with the Home Manager
• Assisting the manager to run the home, including standards, quality of care, recruitment, and training.
• Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries when required.
• Ensure the smooth running of shifts.
• Ensuring company policies are followed and adhered to.
• Stepping up in absence of home manager.

Deputy Nurse Manager Requirements:

• Management experience
• Clinical experience
• Ensuring quality of care for residents
• Experience working within a nursing home.
• Active Pin
