The Deputy Patient Services Manager will be expected to develop, organise and manage the day-to-day delivery of services to our patients. You will work in collaboration with the Patient Services Manager in managing the Team of Patient Services Advisors and ensuring their development. You will be responsible for: - The smooth running of the reception/front of house function and staff; improving systems and processes and leading the team to improve access and the patient experience. Assisting with the management of the Patient Services Team rotas. Ensuring all systems are patient focused and staff understand the customer service aspect of service delivery. Day to day support to Patients Services Advisors when managing difficult patient interactions. Manage the transformation of the Patients Services Advisor role to become skilled Care Navigators meeting a high standard of customer service standards. Excellent leadership and support to the Patient Services and Practice Teams are crucial!
