Deputy Regional Manager

Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting a Deputy Regional Manager for a prestigious care home on a permanent part-time basis, based in Belfast, salary based on experience.

As Deputy Regional Manager you will have a passion for assisting managers to achieve financial targets and explore new opportunities alongside providing optimum care service.

Assist the Regional Manager in all aspects of their role. Includes Reg 29 visits, Audit an Assurance, development of Clinical Excellence and may involve temporary management of a Home in the absence of a manager to ensure continuity of the service delivered.

Requirements:

• RGN/RMN Qualification NMC Registration
• 3 Years’ experience in a similar role Nursing the Elderly in a Nursing Home Setting Management skills needed for a care team.
• Must have a good command of written and spoken English and a valid work permit.
• Ability to communicate and listen, ability to work cooperatively with other staff.
• Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.
