Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Regional Manager on a maternity cover basis with a salary of £38,000 with flexible and hybrid working initiatives.

Responsibilities:
With a full copy of the Job Duties and Person Spec available on request, you will:
- Mentor, manage, and lead a team to deliver services, achieve outcomes for all participants, and meet the objectives of local contracts.
- Take the lead on the planning and implementation of local services, continuous service, and ensuring legislation for working with vulnerable adults is adhered to.
- Have responsibility for the management of budgets and completing performance audits.
Requirements:
- 3rd Level qualification in a relevant discipline.
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above.
- 2-year minimum experience managing a team and meeting targets.
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
- Computer literate with a proficiency in MS Office.
- 1-year minimum experience in budget management.
- Solid experience in building networks and liaising with stakeholders.
- Full driving licence and access to a car.
