Deputy SENCO required for a mainstream secondary school in Lambeth to start in September.
- SEN teacher to small groups of students
- Take charge of team of 3 HLTAs and 8 LSAs
- Development of SEN provision and oversight of the day-to-day operations.
- Raising the achievement of SEN students to ensure they reach their full potential.
- Monitoring and evaluating the progress of students with SEN
- Supporting teachers in implementing strategies for SEN students
