We are currently working with a secondary school based in Hillingdon North West London who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and passionate Deputy SENCo on a long-term basis on an immediate basis or for April 2024
The successful individual can expect strong support from a highly engaged leadership team
You must have SEN Experience ideally as a HLTA/ Deputy SENCo
Have an expert knowledge of the UK Curriculum
Secondary School experience
Available for full-time work
Current enhanced DBS (Or willing to process one)

Job Role
To support the SENCo raise standards of student attainment and achievement within the school and to monitor and support student progress in relation to SEND provision

To lead, develop and enhance the teaching practice of others in relation to SEND Provision
Supporting the SENCo effectively manage and deploy staff, financial and physical resources

Supporting the SENCo to ensure there is an excellent quality of education for SEND students
